The KAMRA inlay uses the simple pinhole technique to improve reading vision by focusing light as it enters the eye. As a result, unlike monovision LASIK, the KAMRA provides depth of focus.

How does Kamra inlay work?

Smaller and thinner than a contact lens, the KAMRA inlay is a mini-ring with an opening, or pinhole, in the center. The inlay uses this pinhole to focus light coming into the eye. This improves near vision while maintaining distance vision.
